Full digital payment is required through our payment portal before an appointment is confirmed.

Payment and scheduling must be completed through the website or by phone.

Full refund if the customer cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled test.

Customer may self-reschedule for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled test, subject to availability.

Full refund or priority reschedule if Livingston County Testing Service cancels.

Full refund or priority reschedule if the test cannot be administered due to an organization, examiner, testing site, route, weather, or State/SOS administrative issue outside the applicant’s control.

No refund for no-shows.

No refund for late arrival when the test cannot be completed.

No refund for improper, missing, expired, invalid, unreadable, incomplete, or mismatched documents.

No refund for missing required parent/legal guardian.

No refund for invalid or missing vehicle registration, insurance, plate, or tab.

No refund if the vehicle fails the required pre-test safety/equipment inspection.

No refund if the applicant fails the Basic Control Skills portion, on-road portion, or any required part of the driving skills test.
